Find out more when Hutchinson Public Library hosts the OverDrive Digital Bookmobile in conjunction with the Children’s Summer Celebration on Friday, June 4th. The Celebration will take place from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the library parking lot, and the Digital Bookmobile will be parked outside from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. With instructional videos and interactive computer stations, readers of all ages will experience new ways to enjoy digital books and more from our library! If you’d like to be among the first to learn about the newest books, DVDs, and CDs acquired by your public library, you should consider signing up for Wowbrary. It’s free and very cool!
Wowbrary is a brand-new public service that sends you a weekly email on Wednesdays to showcase Hutchinson Public Library’s most recent acquisitions. All titles are neatly categorized to save you time, with descriptions, reviews, and a click-through to the library to reserve it and check it out at your convenience.
To sign up for the free weekly alerts, simply go to
www.wowbrary.org, enter your zip code and select Hutchinson Public Library, enter your e-mail address, read the terms of service, and click “submit”. You can quit the weekly emails any time you wish.
Our library is among the first in the country to offer this exciting new service which is being funded by the Friends of the Hutchinson Public Library. We hope you will enjoy it and the library’s many new books, movies and music.
THE LIBRARY HAS A NEW COMPUTER TRAINING LAB!

The new training lab is located in the library’s basement and may be accessed using the South elevator. Follow the EVENTS tab at the top of this page to see the workshop schedule. With the addition of the new training lab, the existing 2nd floor computer lab will be open more hours for the public to check e-mail and connect to the Internet!
