Meeting Rooms

Whether you're a non-profit group or just a member of the community, our meeting rooms are just what you need. The Hutchinson Public Library has three meeting rooms available free of charge for group use. Catering is allowed in all rooms.

The Auditorium

The Auditorium is 25 ft x 60 ft, and can seat anywhere from 30 to 70 people depending on how the room is configured.  Extra tables and chairs are available.  This room is equipped with a podium, projector, and screen.  A microphone, laptop, ipad, VHS, DVD, and BluRay players are also available upon request.  The Auditorium also hosts an art gallery, with different artists displaying their work every month.

Conference Room 2
Conference Room 2 is 25 ft x 18 ft, and can seat up to 20 people.  This room is also equipped with dry erase boards.

Conference Room 1 is 14 ft x 22 ft, and can seat up to 10 people.  It is equipped with a chalkboard.

To reserve a meeting room give us a call (620-663-5441) or stop by the Business Office to reserve a room. Business Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.  You may also reserve rooms or send us questions via e-mail at lucassingletonhpl@gmail.com
