Meeting Rooms
Whether you are a non-profit group or a member of the community that needs meeting space, our meeting rooms are just what you need. The Hutchinson Public Library has four meeting rooms available free of charge for group use.
Meeting Room 1
Room One is 25 ft x 60 ft and can seat up to 60. Extra tables and chairs are available. This room is equipped with a podium, projector, and a bluray / DVD player. An HDMI Computer connection is available.
Room One also includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, countertop space, and a sink.
Meeting Room 2
Room 2 is 25 ft x 18 ft and can seat up to 16 people. This room is equipped with a monitor with HDMI connection and a 4’ x 6’ dry erase board.
Meeting Room 3
Room 3 is 10 x 18 ft and can seat up to 6 people. This room is equipped with a monitor with HDMI connection and a dry erase board.
Meeting Room 4
Room 4 is 14 x 20 ft and can seat 8-10 people. This room is equipped with a monitor with HDMI connection and a 4’ x 6’ dry erase board.
Reserving a Meeting Room
To reserve a meeting room give us a call (620-663-5441 ext. 114) or stop by the Business Office to reserve a room. Business Office hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. You may also request to reserve rooms or send us questions via e-mail at lucas.s@hutchpl.org
All first time meeting room applicants must fill out a Meeting Room Application and Policy before using the room. This application is good for one year.
Meeting Room Application and Policies
Meeting Rooms are scheduled on a first come-first served basis for the current month plus the next two months. It is the responsibility of the Meeting Room users to schedule recurring meetings and it is recommended users check in every month to keep ongoing reservations scheduled as needed.
